At Batanklan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must have all original tags attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
